Requiremment Analysis

Topcem Cement was in search of a replacement for their existing PBX system with a SIP based telephony solution. Analysis of requirement resulted into a need for telephony communication exchange with the ability to use Wi-Fi SIP phones, softphones and analog phones while utilizing their existing wired lines. Additionally, system should enable seamless connectivity between their branches, license-free intercom features and a user-friendly GUI for configuration and management.

Sucessfully implemented telephony solution based on Neron NXG Series IP PBX, which is capable of providing connectivity for analog phones, SIP phones, softphones and WebRTC client. Each location has dedicated resources for intercom communication within the branch, ensuring efficient internal communication. Additionally, separate channel allocation is implemented for branch connectivity to ensure congestion-free intercom usage. NXG 8428 IP-PBX is equipped with inbuilt 28 FXS ports, enabling connectivity for analog phone users at each location using MPLS network. NMG 7032 FXS media gateway is deployed to facilitate connectivity where number of analog phone users exceeds .

By adopting a pure SIP-based communication exchange, branch connectivity becomes straightforward, and it also offers the advantage of connecting to telco SIP trunk and PSTN line. This simplifies the process of integrating branch offices into the telephony system, enabling seamless communication across the organization
